Letter From The President

Hello everyone! As the summer is ending, we have one major event left for 2026! The annual golf outing, presented by Midwest Pest Control, will be on September 24th with a 12pm shotgun start. Register your team with Ashley today! We have all kinds of great prizes; thank you to those who donated. The GF Housing committee held three smaller group meetings this week. Topics included land availability, education on the development and construction process, senior housing, and other things. This feedback will be organized into some recommendations later this Fall. The next meeting is expected to be in October. Ashley recently had a chance to attend the Association Management Conference in St Louis. This conference is organized by NAHB, and pulls EO’s from all over the country. We are excited to announce a few new things that came from AMC. Ashley has done a great job as our EO and look forward to her continued growth! Coming in October, Sterling Carpet One will be hosting Builders After Hours! After our summer hiatus, we are excited to kick off the BAH schedule October 29th. Don’t miss your chance to win four Minnesota Vikings tickets, generously donated by Sterling Carpet One.
